OUR GOALS ARE TO HELP UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE TO SECURE WORK AND TO SUPPORT EMPLOYED PEOPLE TO CONSOLIDATE OR IMPROVE THEIR PROSPECTS THROUGH LIFE LONG LEARNING.
STEC aims to contribute to the lasting regeneration of South Liverpool, by providing quality training, education and personal development programmes, with focus upon addressing social exclusion by increasing employability options for the unemployed.

1. Learning (Skills Training)
STEC will offer effective and needed vocational training in order to support regeneration. Offer both introductory and higher level courses that contribute to improving the Learner's employability.
2. Community
STEC will support ideas and initiatives that contribute to the regeneration and sustainability of the area and its communities.
Support community projects and involve training, personal development and work experience.
3. Business
STEC will engage in business activities related to areas of expertise. Build links with the business community, Provide work experience for Learners
Maximise the usage of its buildings
Provide Payroll Services to Business & Community Groups
Generate income to develop new training, and community initiatives.
4. Personal Development
STEC will offer high quality support for the unemployed and underemployed by providing quality employability programmes, promoting job search or entry into further training.
